On the job site R.F. Koester inc. generally completes all of the carpentry work, painting, roofing, siding, windows and door work with our own crew, and often installs flooring, concrete flatwork, foundations, and site work with our own crew. We subcontract drywall, plumbing, heating, electrical, excavation, and masonry work. There have been times when we subcontract larger portions of projects if the demands of the project warrant. We closely oversee all subcontract work and demand the same high quality work from our subcontractors as we strive for and expect of our own efforts.
