Founded in 1992 by Richard F. Koester Jr. and has been a member of the Home Builder’s Association since. Richard F. Koester Jr has worked in the construction field since 1989. He attended 4 years of architecture school, minored in construction management, and holds an associate degree in architectural technology. Richard married his wife Amy in 1995 and they have four children.

Richard’s ability to design floor plans and exteriors has met the challenges of many homeowners’ unique needs and desires.

All of Richard’s projects are first detailed in architectural drawings that are like no other’s. He works with clients to achieve their monetary goals, functionality expectations, and aesthetic requirements.

Richard oversees the entire project, watching all details, from the footing drainage to the last window cleaned.
