On the job site we generally do all of the carpentry work, painting, roofing, siding, windows and door work with our own crew, and often install flooring, concrete, foundations, and site work with our own crew. We subcontract drywall, plumbing, heating, electrical, excavation, and masonry work. There have been times when we subcontract larger portions of projects if the demands of the project warrant. We closely oversee any subcontract work.
